This fast paced position will require a personable candidate with extensive project management, planning, project scheduling, construction documentation and administration experience.

• Architecture Degree (Licensed Architect a plus but not required)

• Prior professional retail or restaurant work experience as project and client lead for Architectural firm required (8+ years)

• Thorough knowledge of Building, Health Codes and ADA

• Able to work independently and lead a team to develop, design and manage construction documents.

• Strong time management, budgeting and communication skills

• Able to successfully manage clients, consultants and vendors

• Advanced Proficiency in AutoCAD required

• Proficiency in Revit a plus.
